LynkID is a supplemental safety tool. It is **not** a replacement for professional emergency services (911/112). LynkID Inc. does not guarantee the response of emergency contacts or the accuracy of GPS data in areas with poor satellite/cellular reception.
The "Bypass-for-Safety" feature is intended strictly for life-threatening or emergency situations. Misuse of this feature to harvest data or harass users will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
In no event shall LynkID Inc. be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the hardware or software, including but not limited to lost data, medical complications, or personal injury.
